Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Product manager is the person responsible for three main areas of the Project
1. Project’s earnings. Selling projects to advertisers, other types of potential clients
2. Project’s localization. In each country we want our project to suit special needs of local population.
3. Project’s promotion. We want to be the major well known Internet projects operator in any given country with largest audience possible.
The Product Manager is expected to:
1. Define the product strategy and roadmap
2. Prepare sales and budgeting plan.
3. Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
4. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
5. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
6. Be an expert with respect to the competition
7. Act as a leader within the company
Required experience and knowledge
1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager
2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
3. 2+ years of experience in a job in the Internet projects market
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
6. Technical background, with experience in working with large scale information systems
7. Excellent teamwork skills
8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
9. Must be able to travel 30% of the time
10. Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Conditions:
Salary: 1500 – 2000 $ net
Bonuses: Sales bonuses
Location of work: KL, Malaysia
Business trips: Quite often
