Reporting

Report to CEO.


Key Responsibilities

Make sure all project KPIs are being achieved and project deadlines are being met.
Monitor the team workload and plan ahead for resources.
Project closing and COS & disbursement verification.
Calculation of monthly sales commission and verification of project incentive calculation in timely manner.
Making decision on whether to fill certain role with full timer, part timer or outsource.
Making sure that operations run smoothly, especially when any Gapturion is on long leave.
Liaise with HR for hiring, firing and other HR related matters.
Liaise with accountant to ensure timely reporting on financials.
Source and build relationships with vendors. Improve Gapture's price, quality, technology competitiveness in the market by upgrade existing vendors or sourcing for new vendors.
Make sure flows and processes are in place and documented in order for us to deliver consistent and satisfactory results to clients. Constant improvements on efficiency and effectiveness of the flows are expected.

Requirements

More than five years working experience in project management with at least two years of managerial role.
Excellent communication skill and project management skill.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
Excellent in creating and improving flows and processes.
Resourceful in sourcing for vendors and finding solutions.

Software Skills

Proficient in presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, or Google Slide).
Proficient in document and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, or Google Doc/Sheet). Strong proficiency in spreadsheet formula is required.
