Народ срочно ПОМОГИТЕ!!!! ето задание в универе, мне нужен любой контракт (на англиском), хот ето будет про бизнес, про агентств, короче любой. И етот контракт должен быть разорван и должны указаны причины, вот и все а дальше мне предстоит найти закон отвечаюшиы на ету ситуасию, обяснить и.т.д. COMPANY NAME
AGREEMENT FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

This agreement is made between (i) Natasha Ivanova of (Company name) (herein after "the Company") and (i) Mr. /Ms: Mila Petrova (NRIC No. 220370787346) of Malaysia. (the "Client")

1.The Company shall provide Products and Services to the client for the purpose of ...., subject to the conditions set below.

9. If the Client fails to pay any of the installment due and payable on the due date then the outstanding and unpaid Course Price shall immediately become due and payable without any demand or notice which the Client expressly waived.
10. Upon the aforesaid default, the Company shall automatically cease all Products and Services to the Client.
11. This Agreement is non-transferable.
12. All payments are non-refundable.

boy, дальше придумываете историю за тим контрактом, допустим клиент пришел в салон лечить кожу лица. Результатом не доволен. Чтобы разорвать контракт, ищите в Consumer Protection Act 1999 кажется s.6-11
products and services not fit for the purpose (это по пункту 1 контракта).
Пункт 4, придумываете историю (типа сыворотка .... в салоне закончилась, и клиента намазали другой, не относящейся к контракту)
Пункт 5, клиент узнал что ее консультант не имеет должного образования чтобы ее лечить (тоже где-то в s. 6-11 или ищите в том что учили о due care and expertise)
Пункт 10. Если клиент доволен но не может платить за услуги, контракт разрывает компания.
