pokerface, мой знакомый тоже так думал. у него даже билет до Денпасара был куплен. Увидели паспорт и сказали получать в Ташкенте так для Узба вот такие требования

Nationals of countries not included in the list of the 11 countries that are eligible for Visa-Free visits for tourists, must have a visa to enter Indonesia and should submit their application accordingly.
Nationals of fifty two countries can either get Visa On Arrival (VOA) upon arrival in Indonesia or apply for the tourist visa at the Indonesian Embassy.
Type of entry: Single Entry only.
Visa issued at the Embassy has a maximum length of stay of 60 (sixty) days and non-extendable/non-transferable.
Visa is issued within three working days from receipt of application providing all documents are in order.
Required documents which should be submitted are as follow:
Passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia) with blank pages to affix the visa sticker.
One completed visa application forms.
Two coloured passport size photographs.
Must be the Resident in Uzbekistan / Kazakhstan / Tajikistan / Kyrgyzstan.
Travel itinerary (flight-booking confirmation / confirmed return ticket).
Hotel Reservation (if applicable).
Evidence of the applicant’s sufficient funds to cover the cost of intended stay in Indonesia (Recent Bank Statement and/or Proof of Income).
Statement Letter from the applicant’s employer, explaining the applicant’s obligation to return to his/her country of residence when the period of visit in Indonesia ends. For a student, confirmation letter of attendance from school, college, or university has to be submitted.
Благо дело у товарища язык подвешен, отвел в сторонку одного из сотрудников, покумекал 10 минут, дал сверху 50 гринов. Вечером в 5 часов ему позвонили и он забрал паспорт с визой.
В любом случае стоит попытаться, это было почти 2 года назад. Может что то изменилось
