My advice to people who want to learn English:
1) Download iTunes. (That's easy. Just google for "download iTunes")
2) Install it.
3) Launch it.
4) In iTunes window, go to Library->Radio.
5) Chose what you like out of hundreds/thousand of radio stations from around the World.

Or you might like to look at Library->iTunesU and download millions of free podcasts.
