These statements are referring to hiring of foreign workers by going through Malaysia immigration process is terrible. These covers hiring for skilled candidate for sectors like engineering, health, IT, education, etc.
What you see in overseas, not only work permit is processed fast for skilled workers but they are being granted PR so encourage them to stay.
Malaysia doesn’t even want to grant citizenship/PR to many children of mixed marriages, especially with husbands from foreign countries and children born abroad.
Don’t blame when people are leaving for Malaysia don’t even welcome people staying on.
