In line with the Foreign Workers Policy sited in section 4 page 5 subsection 6 paragraph 3 page 111 , which gives the employee government approval and unconditional access to employment rights here in Malaysia , every Foreign Worker is expected to procure the FOREIGN WORKER PERMIT(FWP)
This Permit acts a government agreement approval confirming the government knowledge and confirmatory approval to enable our company finalize all pending employment process with the government,
Be duly informed that sponsorship for visa procurement, air ticket and other travel formalities are handled by our company BUT the government mandates all foreign workers to PAY and PROCURE the FOREIGN WORKERS PERMIT(FWP) which gives our company the full right to sponsor the employee after the procurement of the FOREIGN WORKERS PERMIT (FWP).
In line with the Foreign Workers Regulatory Act, you are required to make contact with the assigned immigration expert ,lawyer and consultant for the processing and procurement of the FOREIGN WORKERS PERMIT.

I have been contacted by ExxonMobil Malaysia to assist you with the application of your Foreign Workers Permit/Labour permit and entry visa through the Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs, Expatriate Services Division.
